Tax time!
Okay so I knew it was going to be high, the amount I owe that is but I was hoping for just a modest increase maybe a thousand dollars but damn. I owe the federal government $3,519. I haven’t even calculated my state return yet. Last year I only owed a total of $2,500 for both federal and state taxes. CRAP! Obviously I’m going to take to hibernating and not spending money on anything...

I’m going to start making my own homemade bread. I love bread. Homemade bread tastes a million times better than preservative laden store bought kinds. Plus I can make my own fancy shmancy seasoned flavorites! Ooh and cinnamon roll bread, YUM!
Boooo!
The real Coachella lineup is crap.

breath taking
Sunday I went for a ride with the Creatures over the Golden Gate bridge into the Marin Headlands. First we all met up for a late Guatemalan breakfast in the mission then headed off towards the bridge. The day was sunny, warm and just perfect. Most everyone made it over the bridge just fine. I however, soft seized my bike right at the end and pedaled it about 20 feet to a spot where I could pull...

Smurfs Movie
Me: I can't believe their going to add more Smurfs, what will the other girl smurfs names be? ugh.. only one Smurfette damnit!
Amanda: Yeah I'm pissed about the new girls...I bet Smurfette is pissed too! But I'm excited about the movie. I hope they don't change the way they look...especially Gargamel and Azriel!
Me: emeneffin Azriel!!! that cat was my favorite. I loved it! it was always having to do what gargamel said, and sometimes you could tell it had a heart and didn't want to hurt the smurfs. I could empathize with that cat!
Amanda: He was tizzight! Kind of had the Tom from Tom and Jerry vibe. Evil but not a bastard, ya know?
Me: exactly!

If this is true or anywhere near the real line-up I will be there! Let’s hope that my absense this last year has ended the curse that has plagued me with fainting in 05 and head trauma in 06.
storm of the century
It’s raining like crazy. Actually the rain is still pretty light in terms of rain. San Francisco will never have what I call “real rain”. So this rain today is like normal rain I grew up with in Sacramento. The kind of rain that actually gets you wet. It’s the 50 and 60 mph gusts of wind that are accompanying this rain that is the problem. This morning I hopped on the...
five after one.
My back axle broke in some way some how which really sucks considering this last weekend I spent time cleaning, greasing and replacing missing bearings from said back wheel. I couldn’t ride my moped home from work so I left it locked up to the bike rack with plans of retreiving it later in the evening after dinner. 11pm rolls around and I’m getting into pajamas when I remember the...

It’s a new year and that means it’s time to try new things such as this. I’m hoping it will encourage me to take more photos, listen to new music, and share my most favorite moments I get to experience this year. This is not a journal. This is an experiment.
